Summerbridge's
Thank-you to Caitlyn

Caitlyn served with the MCC Summerbridge program
On the 27th a cake was served in her honour to thank her for her work
at PMC and at Villages.

Brian explained all that Caitlyn did and thanked her on behalf of the congregation.

She cut the cake and pieces were distrubtued.

Caitlyn's parents joined us for the celebration.
What Caitlyn actually did this summer:
- At the Church:
- Mowed the lawn every week
- Did the weekly cleaning as well as extra after Potluck
- Repainted Front Steps
- Visited Fawcetts Home one afternoon a week for the month of July
- Painted the repaired chimney wall in Ladies bathroom
- Set up and organised Kid's Club (put up posters around town etc)
- Led Kid's Club every Tuesday afternoon for the month of August (we had 4 kid's from the community attend)
- Worked on Church Directory (soon to be completed)
- Opperated the Store every Thursday through the summer
- Organized, promoted and carried out a successful yard sale
- Painted warehouse wall
- Organised information cards that are given out with products sold
- did up brochures for our Church information night
- Created material on the computer (she seemed happiest on those days)
- Painted Furnace Room
- Unpacked product
- Priced product
- Dusted and cleaned Store
- Painted Fixtures
- Worked the Ten Thousand Villages booth at the Westmorland County Fair
- Worked at the Moncton Sale in August
- Organised supply boxes
- Painted Fixtures
- Crushed lots of boxes
- Painted our Front window display
It makes me tired just reading the list and we could probably add lots of other stuff.
