Isabel's 1st Birthday

The birthday was celebrated a few days late.

  
The rains stopped and it was a beautiful day ...

  
while Isabel entertained, neighbours made a floral crown.


It fit perfectly!
Bedankt voor de jurk oma,
en ik wilde dat je ook mijn feestje was,
liefs Isabel.

  
Even during a party the chores need to be done.

  
A tour of the garden, then it was time to eat - with Opa's help.

  
After "Happy Birthday" the cake could be tasted - yummy!


What birthday is complete without gifts to open?
  


Isabel got to stay up late
and too soon it was time for everyone to go home.
